Actually, the black hole would be smaller than a proton. This means that it could pass through the Earth without hitting anything. Also, it would be positively charged as it would have formed from the collision of two nuclei (which are positively charged), this means that it would be repelled by the nucleus of other atoms and so have even less chance of hitting something. The gravitational field exerted by this would also be small, no more than the masses of the two nuclei that collided to form it plus the energies involved in the collision.
